Return Process

  Ensure your items are in new condition, free of dog hair, and have all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer to ensure they arrive back safely.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
